This was the start of a long journey for a company, that set out to make their mark in the boating manufacturing industry of Canada. Doral Boats Quality Inspection
For the testing phase, the Quality Assurance team takes over, utilizing the QA-pass system. In order to receive a QA-Pass from Quality Assurance (QA) Every component must pass the tests. Only then can the process continue to the next stage in the construction line. Through this system any deficiencies are spotted early and can be corrected before a problem arises.
Once arrived at the end of the production line, all systems are once again tested and compared against the prototype. These tests consists out of mechanical tests to check the engine to ensure it is running without flaws. Electronical systems are re-calibrated and again tested, and the entire ship is exposed to a high pressure shower to test for leaks around the fittings, portals or even screws. Every 10th ship is subjected to a water test and once it has passed every stage it receives the Doral Boats Quality logo.
