All Stena Line employees contribute to its four action plans from office workers at the ports to the captains of the fleet. The onboard utility personnel were taught to segregate ship waste and practice proper waste disposal; the ship company is proud to say that its fleet don not dump any form of waste to the see unlike some of its competitors.
