Refrigerator, stove and/or grill are all common assets on that type of vessel. While away it is possible to cook, serve cool drinks from the fridge and enjoy a good day of fishing and relaxing. Some pontoon boots even come with a small restroom included, so there is no need to return to shore until the fishing is done.
